At this stage, I was beginning to get my name recognized
around town... which was a double-edged sword. On one hand,
it was beneficial as some of the studios had begun to take
an interest in some of my film ideas. On the other hand,
celebrities could now put a face to the legend of the guy
that Abe Vigoda suckerpunched after I hounded him to take a
look at my script for my script on the career of the Rolling
Stones.
What could I say? He would've make the perfect Keith
Richards at age twenty-seven.
Anyways, at one point an unnamed large movie studio
wanted me to develop a new scary movie directed at kids for
the Halloween season so I presented the perfect idea:
zombies are enjoying a comeback in popular culture... and,
dammit, everyone loves hamsters...

Well I sold the rights to my script as well as handed
over all the creative aspects of it as well (the studio had
a pitbull of a lawyer) for a pretty nice chunk of cash (to
keep my bookie from breaking my kneecaps). After numerous
re-writes, drafts updates, and creative differences, they
finally released a movie I helped create.
That movie was "The Sisterhood Of Traveling Pants 2."
