This is Dominic, a character from an abandoned webcomic project.

The project was a collab with 4 other artists, we each made a superhero and drew a comic based around them all. It was called Beyond Oasis.

Dominic was super strong and could see in the dark. Also, he has a piston-driven rock crusher on his arm.
